It's to be held from 7:30pm on Saturday 18th April in the Maypole pub - Berechurch Hall Road, Colchester.
If you want to pop along you are very welcome to join us.....
Just remember to bring a couple of quid to donate to the cause.
If you've got anything you particularly want to chat about at the meeting - please drop a note here - or contact honest Ron who has kindly volunteered to chair the meeting in Keith's absence.
Known guests attending this meeting will be Nick James - all the way from Northern Ireland.

Careful Keith, old boy, keep it low profile. I've got the air tickets, just waiting for the jolly old passport to be printed off. I'll be on the flight ex Malaga (business class of course) . Pick me up in the Jag (thanks for looking after the old girl for me - much appreciated) as I don't want to hang around at the airport. And make sure she's fully stocked with G&T. In fact, have one yourself.

PS - As you can see, I'm an hour behind you out here in..in...in ..where am I ? Oh yes, jolly old Spain, so make sure you pick me up at the right time. Can't bear to be kept waiting, you know. Ask my ex-nanny. Oh, you can't, can you !
Anyway, having to log on as my old mucker Honest Ron ( for security reasons, you know). All very tiring. Sometimes I don't even know who I am myself.

Jag is gleaming and I've left a message with old Aspinall to leave a couple of tickets at the club door ( you'll be safe there they have all murdered several staff ). Will you have that woman in tow as usual?

Steady on, old boy. That's close to libellous. When did I ever murder anyone ? Well, maybe once, but that was years ago. Reformed character now, don't y'know. Miss my old drinking pal, Aspinall. Gone off to that great zoo in the sky. Nothing to do with me, I hasten to add. Probably running a card school up there as well ! I keep well clear of the old femme fatale these days, y'know. Once was enough. Given me no end of trouble. Thanks for buffing up the old Jag. Missed the old gal. Gather Honest Ron not too keen on me signing in as him. Always was a silly arse !

Evening all!
Not been in touch for a while - plenty of lame excuses why not (mainly due to I.T. issues which isn't a good advert considering what I do) - but still.......
Hope everybody is well, glad to see Lord L keeps making an appearance.
Unfortunately can't make it to the next soiree on Saturday - will try to make the next.
Have just come back from a cruise in the Caribbean - Eurodam, Holland America Line - excellent ship - "L" shaped veranda (work that one out Jerry!) and real orchids in the Gents! - really was something else.
Hope to catch up at the next one!
All the best Mike

Mike!
Great to see you back with us - Hope all is well..... The speculation has been rife of course as it is rumoured that you've been offline since the last reunion. You can imagine what JC and myself were saying..... "How come we didn't get an invite to your funeral?" etc etc ......
Needless to say your place on the ongoing committee was secured at the last meeting - so I won't mention it.
The main reason for the upcoming meeting being scheduled for a Saturday slot at a Colchester venue is the anticipated appearance of Nick James who is popping over from N.I. to watch some guys kick a sodding ball around in Ipswich on the Sunday. He's dossing at Jerry's.
Fine on the cruise! Sounds good - can't wait to hear all about it. Which ports? How long, etc.... Having a verandah (even an L shaped one) puts you in a cabin above the water line I hope!
See you again soon young man? I'm off to St. Lucia in July.... One of your bridesmaids is getting married there..... Wedding over there and a reception over here two weeks later.... I could even be looking for someone to capture the reception?!?
Cheers
Kit
