I have no idea about how you get extra karma, but I am sure it has something to do with bending down and touching your toes

I think that it should be that the person with the biggest Karma, can nominate who should buy the first round!!!

Ahhh... That's much much better! Cruises? Karma? Old folks homes? Who outranks who? This is turning out to be a really hot thread! Good to see you guys back on the forum.... I'm in Berkeley (Glos) right now. Hotel room, can't sleep, hence the ungodly hour. Now then - sithee - Do we need to sort out some new rankings and Karma? I'm thinking of keeping the link between the number of posts and rank - but am getting a bit bored with the current structure.... I fancy something new like, er, photo lab job titles? (for example) Anyone got any suggestions for a new commercial / military or social ladder we should all aspire to climb?

Admin hat back on......
Before I hear any comments or complaints..... The Forum is on GMT throughout the year.
'Proper' British Time as wot is announced on't BBC World Service.
I'm planning to keep it that way otherwise our ex-pat members will only become confused.
Cheers

Look, matey ! It's not only the Captain that goes down with the ship. His Deputy has to go with him. You know how it goes...." Women, children and Master at Arms first in the lifeboat." ;D H Ron

Dramatic change of subject.......
It turns out that I'm expected to capture a few snaps at my Kate's Wedding in St Lucia (July 25th)
I have no decent photo equipment and to be honest don't really want to borrow as it'll be for over 3 weeks.....
You've all seen my current setup (remember the week before the 2008 reunion?) 8MP camera with a mind of it's own!
Anyone like to recommend some decent digital gear - camera / flask / tripod etc) as I'm way out of touch! (I'm now thinking of renting)
Oh - only 1 main "given": Must be able to store the images on my laptop on a daily basis.
